1-16oz. can of refried beans
1- tomato, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 cup salsa
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup shredded nonfat cheddar cheese
4 green onions, thinly sliced
10 black olives, sliced
DIRECTIONS:
Spread refried beans thinly into a round platter
Top bean layer with tomato, bell pepper, and salsa
Top with sour cream and cheese
Sprinkle with onions and olives
*Spread each item evenly over each other - making 7 layers
