JACOBI FAMILY QUICK CHILE

Ingredients:
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 onion
1 can kidney beans
1 can tomato sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 package chili seasoning

Directions:
Brown hamburger in skillet.  Add chopped onions.  Add the rest of the ingredients.  Heat and serve.  Can sprinkle cheese on top if you wish.

TACO SOUP

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 large onion chopped
3 - 15.5 oz. cans of black beans undrained - can use other type
1 - 15 oz. can whole kernal corn undrained
1 - 14.5 can chopped tomatoes undrained - can use Stewed Tomatoes
1 - 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups water
1 - 4.5 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 - 1 1/4 oz. package Taco Seasoning Mix
1 - 1 oz. envelope Ranch Style Salad Dressing Mix

Directions:
Cook beef and onion in large pot until meat is brown.  Drain.  Stir in the rest of the ingredients.  Bring to boil.  Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.  Serve with shredded cheese on top.

FUDGE KRISPIES

1 pack (11 1/2 oz) milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup light corn syrup
4 cups rice krispies
DIRECTIONS:
Melt first 3 ingredients on low heat
Remove from heat
Add rice krispies
Mix together
Spread in greased  pan

INDOOR S'MORES

5 cups mini marshmallows
1/3 cup light corn syrup
6 Tbs. margarine
1 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
8 cups goldern grahams cereal
1 cup mini marshmallows
DIRECTIONS:
Melt 5 cups mini marshmallows, corn syrup, margarine and chocolate chips in a large saucepan over a low heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla
Pour over cereal in a large bowl
Mix quickly until completely coated with chocolate
Stir in 1 cup marshmallows
Press into a greased pan
Let stand at least 1 hour

HOLLY CANDY

1/2 cup margarine
4 cups corn flakes
30-35 jumbo marshmallows (1=10 minis)
Green food coloring
Red hots
DIRECTIONS:
Melt margarine and marshmallows in large saucepan over moderately low heat until melted
Take off heat
Add cornflakes, food coloring and red hots
Stir until well coated
Place drops onto wax paper

LEMON PUDDING CHEESECAKE - John Snider

1 small package instant lemon pudding
8 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
1 premade graham cracker crust
1/2 cup cold milk
1 1/2 cup cold milk
DIRECTIONS:
Mix cream cheese and 1/2 cup milk with electric mixer
Add pudding
Add the rest of the milk - 1 1/2 cup
Mix until smooth
Chill 1/2 hour

APPLE CRISP - Doris LAFLIN Jacobi

4-6 apples - sliced in 8ths
1/2 cup white sugar
Squeeze of lemon juice
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine/butter
1/2 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS:
Arrange sliced apples in greased baking dish
Sprinkle sugar over
Add lemon juice - not a lot
In another bowl combine rest of the ingredients:
Mix with fingers
Sprinkle and pat over apples
Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees
